BONARKO Return and Refund/exchange Policy

   Please note that products purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange. All sale item purchases are final.

Note: Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the policy that govern your return, refund, or cancellation of an order for products on Bonarkro.com.
Every time you wish to use the portal, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

Policy:

1. We offer exchanges within 5 working days from the date of delivery.

2. The exchanged article will be dispatched within 2–3 working days as soon as the quality check is done and approved.

 

3. Please return the products in the same condition as they were shipped. If the products are not in a resalable condition, we will not proceed with the query.

4.Exchange/Return will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed from the product.

5.If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to availability of stock, we will make sure to have this exchanged for another product.

6.In case an exchange you will be charged extra shipping fee of 150Rs.

7. Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to return the shipment to our warehouse address.

8. Reverse pick-up is dependent on the availability of the service in your area.

9. Refunds will only be given in cases where the fault is from our end. For example, if the article is defective or delayed even after the promised time.

10. All prepaid and COD orders are final. We do not offer any cancellations and refunds.

Refunds:

• You'll be notified once your return is inspected. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact contact@bonarko.com if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
